Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP) performs acts of healing in the Midwest. One of the nation's largest not-for-profit health systems, CHP offers health care services primarily in Ohio but also in Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee through some 100 organizations. Facilities include more than 30 hospitals, over a dozen long-term care facilities, affordable housing for the elderly, and wellness centers. CHP also offers physician practices and hospice and home health care. The system is cosponsored by the Sisters of Mercy South Central and Mid-Atlantic communities; the Sisters of the Humility of Mary of Villa Maria, Pennsylvania; the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor; and Covenant Health Systems.
