Fleetwood Enterprises Announces an Agreement to Sell Assets of its Garrett, Indiana Manufactured Housing Plant Tue Jul 7 (PR Newswire)
Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. today announced that Adventure Homes, LLC, led by one of its principals, Walter Comer, has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement to purchase Fleetwood's Garrett, Indiana manufactured housing plant and all related equipment and inventory for $1.75 million, subject to bankruptcy court approval and a purchase price deduction for the assumption of certain warranty obligations.
