PITTSBURGH----Geospatial Holdings, Inc. announced today that the Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Utility Services and Consulting Corp. , has entered into a three year contract with Xcel Energy Services, Inc. , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xcel Energy, Inc. to provide utility locating services throughout the state of New Mexico.
