Holophane lights things up all around the world. A unit of Acuity Brands, Holophane makes lighting fixtures and systems for industrial, commercial, and outdoor markets. Its largest product line, industrial fixtures, features lighting for vast indoor spaces (retail spaces, convention centers, factories, warehouses, etc.). The company also makes lighting products for large outdoor areas such as highway interchanges, and it offers commercial and institutional lighting for schools and offices. Holophane was founded in 1895, and its founder helped start the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America.
