Norwood Promotional Products makes its money off schwag. The leading supplier of promotional items in the US, Norwood manufactures and imprints (with corporate logos and messages) about 15 product lines featuring more than 5,000 items, including travel bags, golf balls, magnets, pens, and calendars. It is also home to the original Koozie can and bottle holders. The company's wares are sold to thousands of independent promotional product distributors. Norwood voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May 2009 and a month later, French consumer products company BIC acquired Norwood for $162 million.
