The company's decorative specialties segment became its bread and butter after its purchase of Rexam DSI -- a maker of latex-saturated decorative coverings for the book publishing and luxury packaging industries. The company's office products include binders and report covers, and it also makes tape products. FiberMark sells to various markets, especially the graphic arts and office supply industries. In 2004 the company filed for bankruptcy protection -- from which it emerged in 2006.
