Agile Property Holdings is nimbly building residential communities all over mainland China. The company develops large-scale residential projects; most are townhouse-style, but a few are multi-story towers. It has about 50 properties in 20 cities throughout China, many of which are concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region. Altogether, Agile Property owns a land bank of 300 million square feet (5 million of which is developed.) The company is also engaged in property management and interior design. In 2007, it expanded to the hotel business after building two luxury properties in Guangdong Province.
