Orsa Celulose, Papel, e Embalagens has made its name papering Brazil. The company makes woodpulp, wrapping paper, corrugated cardboard sheets and other packaging materials from its five mills located in 3 Brazilian states. Although most of the company's products are sold domestically, the company has stepped up production of its kraftliner paper for export, selling more than 10% of its output in Europe and abroad. The company is part of the Brazilian conglomerate Orsa Group which includes the pulp, paper, and packaging operations of Orsa Celulose, Papel, e Embalagens as well as Jari Celulose (pulp mill), Orsa Florestal (forestry), and Fudacao Orsa (foundation promoting education, healthcare, and social causes).
