Life really is a gas, gas, gas for Aygaz. One of Turkey's largest energy companies, Aygaz produces liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for domestic and international use. Its domestic unit includes sourcing, storing, and distributing LPG to residential, commercial and industrial customers. The group also produces storage tanks, cylinders, valves, regulators, and heaters. The International division, which includes a fleet of oceangoing tankers, exports about 1 million tons per year to nearly 40 nations. Its the second largest LPG producer in Europe. Aygaz, which was founded in 1962, is part of Koç Holding, a large Turkish conglomerate.
