Its NanoEner subsidiary develops nanotechnology-based products. Its EnerFuel unit develops fuel cell components and provides related testing services. Ener1 also owns EnerDel (previously a joint venture with Delphi), which develops lithium power technologies and products for stored energy and battery power -- primary cells (non-rechargeable), rechargeable cells, battery packs, and electronics.
