Medicis' prescription medications and doctor-dispensed products include oral acne treatment SOLODYN and topical acne therapies TRIAZ and ZIANA, as well as dermal corticosteroid cream VANOS. The company also offers dermal aesthetic treatments including RESTYLANE and PERLANE, which smooth facial wrinkles, lines, and contours. Medicis uses a direct sales force to promote its products mainly to dermatologists, podiatrists, and plastic surgeons, as well as to general practitioners, hospitals, and government agencies, in the US and Canada.
