China Overseas Holdings is a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, the largest construction conglomerate owned by the Chinese government. Its construction contracting business has completed more than 600 projects in Hong Kong, China, and Macao -- which total 11.5 million sq. meters of gross floor area. It has undertaken many large projects, including the Hong Kong New Airport Passenger Terminal Building. China Overseas Holdings was founded in 1979. It has operations in China, Hong Kong, India, Macao, and the United Arab Emirates.
