Asia Resources Holdings manufactures and sells pharmaceutical products. The company expanded its pharmaceutical operations in 2005 with the purchase of Zhejiang Juneng Rosi Pharmaceutical and Siping Yatai Medicine Industry, both makers of intravenous fluids and containers to hold the fluids. Asia Resources operates three production plants in China with a production capacity of about 96,000,000 bottles per year. Asia Resources formerly provided transportation services, including direct shipment, transshipment, and the charter of vessels. During 2005 the company disposed of subsidiaries that provided transportation services.
