Aspyra aspires to keep folks around the globe healthy. The company, a provider of clinical and diagnostic information solutions for the health care industry, specializes in enterprise-wide systems for hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, clinical laboratories, imaging departments and centers, orthopedic environments, and pharmacies. CEO Rodney Schutt resigned in 2009 after about a year in the job, quitting the company's board, as well. COO Ademola Lawal was promoted to CEO to succeed Schutt. Aspyra was formed from the 2005 merger of Creative Computer Applications (CCA), a provider of clinical information systems, and StorCOMM, a provider of clinical image management systems.
