Lifetime Brands designs and distributes cutlery, cutting boards, cookware,dinnerware, and home décor under 30-plus brands including Cuisinart, Farberware, KitchenAid, Mikasa, Pfaltzgraff, and Salton. The company also offers items under licensed brands and sells its varied lines in the US, Canada, and Europe through high-end retailers, supermarkets, department (Macy's) and discount stores, including Wal-Mart and Target, as well as online and by catalog. The firm closed all of its money-losing retail stores in 2008. The family of company founder Milton Cohen owns about 15% of the firm. CEO Jeffrey Siegel and SVP Craig Phillips together own 17%.
