Its products include touch-screen systems that restaurant employees use to register orders and bill customers. Its systems also keep track of inventory and enable management to analyze demand. MICROS offers similar systems that track inventory and reservations for the hotel industry. Customers have included La Madeleine, Marriott International, and MGM MIRAGE.
