Goldenwest Diamond is a leading importer of diamonds, a jewelry manufacturer, and a retailer through The Jewelry Exchange. Jewelry Exchange operates more than 15 stores in large US cities (including Boston, Chicago, and Houston) under The Jewelry Exchange, The Jewelry Factory, and The Jewelry Source names. The company also sells loose diamonds, and diamond and gemstone jewelry online. It manufactures most of the jewelry that it sells. President William Doddridge, who started out working in his stepfather's pawnshop in the 1970s, founded Goldenwest in 1977.
