Las Vegas Sun publishes the Las Vegas Sun newspaper that serves readers in Sin City. The paper is published through a joint operating agreement with its larger rival Las Vegas Review-Journal (owned by Stephens Media Group), under which the Review-Journal handles advertising, circulation, and other non-editorial functions. The Sun is included as an insert in the daily edition of the Review-Journal; the two newspapers publish a combined weekend edition. The family-owned newspaper was started in 1950 by Hank Greenspun.
