Liberty Global may call the US home, but most of its subscribers enjoy the company's services from international living rooms. Through its operating subsidiaries, the company provides cable TV programming and content distribution, telephone service, and Internet access to more than 16 million subscribers in 15 European, Asian, and Latin American countries. Its core market is western Europe, where it does more than half of its business through subsidiary UPC Holding, and in Belgium, through a controlling stake in Telenet Holding. Chellomedia is the company's European programming business; the company also offers satellite TV in select markets.
