Canon India markets copiers, printers, and multifunction imaging equipment to businesses and consumers across India. The subsidiary's other offerings include facsimile machines, scanners, digital cameras and camcorders, LCD projectors, and printing and imaging supplies. Canon India operates a software development center in Gurgaon that is one of Canon's largest research and development center outside of Japan. Established in 1997, Canon India is a subsidiary of Canon Singapore, which serves as Canon's regional headquarters for South and South East Asia.
