Its brands include Carvel, a leading chain of more than 550 ice cream stores operating primarily in the Northeast, and Cinnabon, a popular sweet snacks chain with more than 600 units found in shopping malls and other high-traffic locations. Through subsidiary MSWG, FOCUS Brands franchises more than 400 quick-casual Mexican outlets under the Moe's Southwest Grill banner. It also owns sandwich chain Schlotzsky's. FOCUS Brands was formed in 2004 by private equity firm Roark Capital Group.
