Nessco is a supplier of communications equipment and a provider of systems integration services. The company primarily designs and installs communication networks designed for voice, data, and telemetry applications; it also specializes in fiber optic, public address, radio, satellite, and intercom systems. These operations are carried out through the Nessco Integrated Network Solutions division. The company also provides communications systems maintenance services to offshore oil and gas operators through its NesscoInvsat unit. Customers have included ConocoPhillips and MacDonald Hotels. Nessco was acquired by RigNet in 2012 for £29.5 million (about $46 million). It is being integrated with RigNet's operations.
