Each edition of 51job Weekly, which is included as an insert in local newspapers, carries local job listings and is supported by advertising. 51job also publishes job listings online through its 51job.com Web site, and it offers executive search services. In addition, the company produces leadership and business training seminars. Japanese company Recruit Co. owns nearly 40% of 51job; CEO Rick Yan has a 25% stake.
