Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group oversees a collection of about 20 upscale restaurants created by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, including his flagship portfolio of Spago locations in Beverly Hills, California; Las Vegas; and Maui, Hawaii. Its other restaurants include Chinois, CUT, Postrio, Trattoria del Lupo, and Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. Chef Puck, who's food and dining empire is operated through Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, opened his first Spago restaurant in West Hollywood in 1982.
