Property Fund Management isn't trying to deceive anyone with its name. The company's operating subsidiary is The iO Group (known as iOG), which specializes in real estate funds for institutional investors. The funds are focused on multi-tenant industrial real estate and can be geared toward acquisition or development of properties. Property Fund Management, which has holdings across Europe, also provides property management services and insurance brokerage. European fund manager and property developer Teesland acquired control of the company in 2004.
