Other Alaskan-themed flavors include Bear Foot, Caramel Caribou, Coconut Igloos, Mother Lode, and Otter Paws. The company provides recipes and ingredients for more than 80 licensed partners, which use Denali's products in ice cream, sorbets, cream pies, and cakes. Denali Flavors is owned by founder and CEO Wally Blume and his wife, June.
