Wild Noodles Franchise Company operates a small chain of quick-casual restaurants with about a dozen locations in almost 10 states. The eateries feature both Asian and Italian style noodles, as well as some down home favorites such as beef stroganoff and macaroni and cheese. Chef Eddie Matney opened the first Wild Noodles in 2000. The company began franchising in 2003.
