Cassatt hopes to paint (and build) a clear picture of enterprise computing. The company provides software products and services that aid customers in integrating grid computing applications with service-oriented architectures. Cassatt's products are designed to enable systems administrators of data centers and enterprise networks to more efficiently pool and manage IT assets. Cassatt is targeting the high performance computing market, as well as enterprise and government clients. The company was founded in 2003 by BEA Systems co-founder and former CEO Bill Coleman. Cassatt has received funding from Warburg Pincus.
