Talk about getting a-head! Mainland Headwear Holdings is one of the largest headwear manufacturers in the world. The company produces more than 30 million pieces a year in a full range of cloth headgear, including baseball caps, sun visors, and winter caps, in more than 5,000 designs. It makes hats for well-known Hollywood films such as Batman and Robin, Superman, and Star Wars, and the NBA, Manchester United, Reebok, Timberland, and Fila. Its products are sold through large-scale retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target. The company operates three manufacturing plants in China (Panyu, Shenzhen, Dongguan) and one in Vietnam. Chairman Ngan Hei Keung owns about two-thirds of the company.
