Brisk Coffee manufactures and distributes coffee under the Brisk Gourmet, Clearwater Coffee, Innkeeper's Choice, RCR Arabica, brand names. The company operates a roasting plant and distribution center, and has offices in Florida (Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami), as well as Atlanta. The firm became Florida's largest independently owned coffee roaster with the acquisition of Rowland Coffee's American Coffee Division in 1996. Brisk Coffee focuses worldwide on wholesale customers. The company was founded by Richard Perez in 1968. It continues to be family-owned.
