Barber Foods doesn't produce mullets. Mohawks, or crew cuts, but it does chop chicken into meal-sized portions. The company offers value-added poultry products including all white-meat chicken breasts, chicken nuggets and fingers, and stuffed chicken entrees. Its packaged frozen chicken is sold in retail supermarkets and club stores, including Albertson's, Safeway, and Wal-Mart stores, as well as at BJ's Wholesale Club, Costco, and SAM'S CLUB outlets throughout the US. Barber Foods also provides products to the foodservice industry. The company was founded by Gus Barber in 1955 and is still owned and operated by the Barber family.
