American Invsco may be missing a vowel or two, but it doesn't miss a beat when it comes to real estate. American Invsco develops new and converted condominiums throughout the US. It typically buys existing apartment communities, high-rises, and other properties in desirable locations and converts them into luxury condominiums. Its American Invsco Realty affiliate provides brokerage services. Many of American Invsco's properties feature commercial space managed and leased by the company. In all, the firm has developed and managed more than 40,000 condominiums in some 40 markets since it was founded by the Gouletas family in 1969.
