Teng & Associates was founded by Dr. Wayne Teng in 1959 as a structural engineering firm. It provides architectural and engineering design, planning, and construction management services for several markets, including corporate, health care, and telecommunications. It operates through several subsidiaries: Teng Development provides due diligence, site and project planning, and feasibility and cost studies. Teng Construction provides design-build services. The Technology Group provides engineering and design services. Teng has offices in the Midwest, California, Colorado, New York, Texas, and Virginia.
