Amos-Hill Associates is a hardwood veneer mill. The company buys a wide range of hardwood species logs (cherry, maple, white and red oak, walnut, and birch) from merchants in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Vermont, West Virginia, and Canada to produce its veneer products. Amos-Hill also works in affiliation with Koppensteiner Offenhäuser Veneers, which is controlled by Amos-Hill's co-owner Wolfgang Koppensteiner, to serve the German market. President Richard Wertz co-owns the company he and other investors founded in 1982.
