Low budget doesn't always mean low-brow, but the Motion Picture Corporation has more than its share of the latter. The Motion Picture Corporation of America (MPCA) produces, acquires, and distributes low-budget movies for the film industry. Its movies are distributed by DreamWorks, Disney, and other major studios. The company also produces low-budget features for the TV and video/DVD markets. MPCA's titles include Beverly Hills Ninja, Dumb and Dumber, If Lucy Fell, and Ulee's Gold. The company was founded by entertainment attorney and producer Brad Krevoy in 1986.
