MEDTOX Laboratories, a wholly owned subsidiary of MEDTOX Scientific, is one of the largest laboratories in the US drug-testing industry. The company provides workplace drugs-of-abuse testing, clinical toxicology (heavy metals and pediatric lead), and medical diagnostics testing (endocrinology, HIV, and hepatitis). Its services are provided to private and public companies, counseling centers, criminal justice organizations, and hospitals and medical clinics. MEDTOX Laboratories also offers testing services to pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations (CROs) for drug candidates undergoing clinical trials.
