This US winemaking subsidiary operates through three business units: Vintas, its premium wine segment (Robert Mondavi, Blackstone, Ravenswood) and its emerging wines segment (Red Guitar, Barossa); Icon Estates, its super-premium and luxury wines business (Robert Mondavi Winery, Simi, Estancia, Franciscan, Ruffino, and Wild Horse); and Centerra Wine Company, which oversees the company's specialty and value wines (Arbor Mist, Cook's, Richard's Wild Irish Rose, Vendange).
