Its core SAPPHIRE software is used for tasks such as laboratory testing, managing biorepositories, quality management, and analytical service labs. Clients have included ConAgra Foods and Indiana University. The company is owned by Purnandu Chatterjee of Chatterjee Management Group, an international investment firm.
