A member of global partnership GVA Worldwide, the company offers brokerage, project management, and strategic consulting services to commercial property owners and developers, primarily in the southeastern US. It also leases and manages more than 30 million sq. ft. of commercial space including office, industrial, and retail properties. The company has about 15 offices in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. A private equity firm led by real estate developer Jeffrey T. Neal acquired a controlling interest in GVA Advantis in 2008.
