Abbott Northwestern Hospital helps bring twins into the Twin Cities -- along with triplets, quadruplets, and even quintuplets. The not-for-profit hospital has more than 600 beds and provides general medical and surgical health services, oncology services, and rehabilitative care to the Minneapolis area. Abbott Northwestern Hospital includes a spinal cord injury care program and the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute; it is also one of the four hospital-based locations of the Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. Its medical staff includes more than 1,600 physicians. Abbott Northwestern Hospital is a member of Allina Hospitals and Clinics.
