The firm, a unit of UK-based Management Consulting Group, offers a range of consulting services aimed at streamlining supply chain and business operations for retailers and consumer products makers. Operating from about 10 offices in Asia, Europe, and North America, its consultants offer expertise in logistics, marketing and merchandising, and information technology. The firm also provides reports on industry and consumer trends. In addition, KSA has a health care unit that offers consulting services for hospitals and physician groups in the US. Textile engineer Kurt Salmon started the firm in 1935.
