The company has three divisions: its largest business, CSL Behring, develops plasma protein therapies for blood disorders, immune system deficiencies, and other health ailments. Its CSL Biotherapies unit produces influenza vaccines (flu shots) sold in Australia, the US, and other countries, and CSL Bioplasma provides plasma processing services and diagnostic products. CSL has manufacturing facilities in Australia, Europe, and the US.
