UOL Group is involved in several facets of real estate investment, development, and management. Its two main hotel brands, Pan Pacific and Parkroyal, own or manage nearly 30 five-star and four-star properties in the Asia-Pacific region and North America. Through other subsidiaries and associated businesses, UOL also owns or manages apartments, office buildings, and retail properties in Singapore. The company is amid a phase of expansion with an aim to expand its portfolio in high-growth regions of the world. Chairman Wee Cho Yaw and director Wee Ee Cheong each own more than 20% of UOL Group.
