Ale House Management operates more than 45 rustic-themed restaurants, mostly in Florida, under the name Miller's Ale House. The casual dining chain's menu features steak, seafood, and sandwiches, along with soups, salads, and desserts. Miller's Ale House locations also offer a wide selection of appetizers, including spiced chicken wings called Zingers, as well as full bar service and more than 75 varieties of beer. CEO Jack Miller opened the first Ale House with his wife, Claire, in 1988.
