Allgreen Properties isn't seeing all green these days, but that's only because the Singapore dollar doesn't contain that color pigment. Allgreen Properties invests in and develops commercial, residential, and retail properties, primarily in Singapore. It owns some 4 million sq. ft. of developable residential floor area. The company also offers property management services, construction management, and building supplies trading. A member of Singapore's Kuok Group, the company began life in 1986 as Allgreen Investments before being renamed Allgreen Properties Limited. Kuok Group owns more than one-third of Allgreen Properties; Kerry Properties controls about 20%.
