MediaWhiz provides media planning and buying services, search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and affiliate marketing services. Clients include ConAgra, Marriott, and The Gap. In 2006, MediaWhiz merged with Global Resource Systems (GRS), a fellow interactive marketing company specializing in list management. Lake Capital, a private equity firm that invests primarily in service-based businesses, is its chief investor. MediaWhiz was founded in 2001 and has made several acquisitions over the years.
