Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) works to keep its members' cash secure. Through more than 30 branches in the San Antonio area and South Texas, plus nearly 20 more in Colorado, SSFCU provides such financial services as checking and savings accounts, CDs, credit cards, insurance and investment products, residential mortgages, and consumer loans. The not-for-profit, member-owned credit union was founded in 1956 and today serves more than 675,000 members. It is the largest credit union in San Antonio, not to mention one of the largest in the US.
