The holding company for Chemical Bank (formed in 2005 from several subsidiary banks that had been operating under the Chemical Financial umbrella) provides a full range of financial services to individuals and businesses in the lower peninsula of Michigan. The company and its subsidiaries also offer trust services, title services, data processing, and investment products.
