Customers include hospitals, office buildings, universities, municipal facilities, and retailers primarily across Boston, Chicago, Miami, and New York City. Since taking the reins of the company from his father in 1987, president and CEO Armando Rodriguez Jr. has grown the company from four employees to more than 1,500.
