Interactive Brand Development (IBD) is more passive than interactive at the moment. The company has no operations, but holds stakes in social networking company and the publisher of PENTHOUSE magazine, FriendFinder Networks (more than 25%). In 2006 the company exited its most recent operating business -- providing online payment processing to the adult entertainment industry. IBD exited another line of business, online auction and marketing, in 2005. IBD also owns a collection of cels (original cartoon animation art). PHSL Worldwide, from which the company bought its now-defunct billing business owns 28% of IBD.
